Sizing aid: Lay an existing jacket on it's front on a flat surface, measure the width of the jacket under the armpits (Small = 19.5", Medium 21") lay the jacket on its front - distance from the bottom of the collar to the bottom of the jacket (Small = 25.5", Medium 26.5") for the length of the arms, measure from the seam on the shoulder to the end of the cuff (Small = 24.5" Medium 25.5") this should allow you to make a good estimation of the size required from an existing fit of jacket.
